Benefits to the Permanent Worker

Obtain permanent resident status in the U.S. and become a "greencard" holder.

Obtain right to live and work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Unlike nonimmigrants, immigrants with permanent residency can work for their employer indefinitely or can change jobs if necessary.

Own or maintain Company overseas while living and working for sponsor in the U.S.

Travel and visit in your home country and return to the U.S. without need for future visas, unless a visa is required for all U.S. citizens.

Family members, such as spouse and children under the age of 21 and unmarried, can also apply at the same time as the primary applicant and obtain permanent resident status.
